A Steamed-Bun Shop with Two Uniforms - Meet Iris Collect Petit's Komomo
Pink or blue? Komomo arrives with a tiny fang, a lot of confidence and a plush steamed bun.
You know a doll concept has committed to its theme when the outfit includes a steamed-bun mascot.
Meet Komomo (こもも), the character Azone introduced to Iris Collect petit (アイリスコレクトプチ) in collaboration with doll creator Poe-Poe, who designed her face and irises. Komomo has bright, sparkling eyes, a slightly upturned gaze and a tiny fang peeking from her mouth.
In Azone's story, she grew up hearing that she was everybody's idol, so confidence comes quite naturally. She's a little headstrong but straightforward. After meeting Uyuri, however, Komomo becomes convinced that Uyuri is the cutest girl around. For her debut, she's dressed to help a neighbourhood woman at a steamed-bun shop. A good opportunity to look adorable and be useful at the same time.
Lovely Pink - the brighter little shop assistant
Azone lists the collection under the Japanese title こもも～かぷっと中華まんガール！～, with Lovely Pink and Angelic Blue as two separate editions.
The Lovely Pink ver. pairs Candy Pink hair with Pink Topaz eyes. The hair combines two pink tones and has an intake-styled fringe that gives her an especially animated silhouette.
Her shop uniform mixes a pale dress and apron with brighter pink accents. The design balances a more open neckline with an apron layered over the top. Azone specifies a working dress zipper, so those outfit layers are more than just sewn-on decoration.
The box also includes Paochi, a plush mascot from the fictional steamed-bun shop, and the character appears again as a print on her underwear. A mascot for your mascot-sized doll feels only fair.

Angelic Blue - same job, different mood
The Angelic Blue ver. wears the same concept in blue-and-white tones. She has Star Yellow hair and Dream Purple eyes, bringing a completely different contrast to the shop uniform.
Azone especially points out the outfit's neat back view and the opening at the front of the dress. The oversized sleeves, waist bow and matching legwear make her look very much like the cheerful assistant from a themed bakery.

Unlike the smaller 1/12-scale SugarCups introduced elsewhere in Nana's Journal, these are Iris Collect petit dolls using Azone's AZT8-45 body with the L-bust specification. Both have soft-vinyl heads, 8-9 inch wigs and 20 mm inset eyes. The heads were sculpted by Out of Base, with Poe-Poe credited for the mask and eye designs.
Both sets include the doll, two bun-shaped hair ornaments, dress, apron, pannier, underwear, over-knee socks, leg warmers, sneakers and Paochi plush. The original Azone announcement was later amended regarding the manufacturer's delivery schedule; that logistics timetable should not be mistaken for a Hanabana delivery estimate.

I feel as if Pink Komomo would enthusiastically greet every visitor while Blue Komomo would be the one making sure the counter looked presentable.
The one thing I am quite certain of is that Paochi would end up in the group photos every single time.
