Aoto and Yuta's Moonlit School Days - Two Sweet Memory Sailor Uniforms
Two boys, matching sailor uniforms, and hair colours named after the moon.
Some doll outfits look as though they belong to a particular moment of the day. Aoto's navy-and-white uniform makes me think of an afternoon walk home from school, while Yuta's smoke-blue version seems made for the last quiet stretch before sunset.
Azone brought Aoto (あおと) and Yuta (ゆうた) together for the Ex☆Cute Family Sweet Memory 十六夜のギムナジウム editions, part of the Ex☆Cute 20th-anniversary celebration. The title's 十六夜 (izayoi) is a reference to the sixteenth-night moon; the school-uniform styling gives the pair their own little moonlit story.
Aoto - Gold Moon and Twilight Violet
Aoto's version uses a navy-and-white gymnasium-style sailor uniform, with a beret, sailor blouse, ribbon tie, shorts, socks and soft-vinyl loafers. Azone kept the hair around his face slightly shorter, giving the whole look a neat, composed silhouette.
The hair colour is called Gold Moon, while his eyes are Twilight Violet. Azone describes the new iris colour as navy-based, with violet-toned highlights reminiscent of the sky at dusk. The contrast with his blond hair is particularly striking.
Product code: POD016-ASG. His body is the Pure Neemo Flection XS boy body (White), approximately 21.5 cm tall.
Yuta - Silver Moon and Dusk Blue
Yuta's smoke-blue-and-white sailor uniform is coordinated with Aoto's, but small choices make it feel different. Azone points out the decorative pockets on his shorts, and the long socks add to the traditional school-uniform look.
His hair is Silver Moon, and his eyes are Dusk Blue. Azone also cites its 2014 Clock Rabbit edition as an inspiration for this head design, with a newly adjusted iris colour to suit the White body specification.

These are two individual doll sets, not a two-doll package. Both come with the doll, beret, sailor blouse, ribbon tie, shorts, trunks, socks and soft-vinyl loafers.
What about the second production?
On 9 September 2026, Azone announced that both editions would receive a second production run after the response to the original release. The notice said preparation was underway and that further details would be announced later. It did not confirm a new order window or delivery date. So it is useful news for collectors, but not a reason to assume any shop has a fresh allocation ready.
The original Aoto and Yuta editions were listed by Azone as Azone Direct Store exclusives. This is collector coverage, not a statement that either edition is available from Hanabana.
Nana's little note ♡
Aoto looks as though he's already decided where they're going; Yuta looks as though he'll ask whether they can stop somewhere along the way. Put them on the same shelf and you have the beginning of a scene without building a single miniature classroom.
The matching hats might need their own storage box, though. Those always seem to disappear first. (・ω・)
