It's usually the little wardrobe basics that cause the most discussion at the doll dressing table.
Azone's October 2026 outfit catalogue is not all elaborate dresses and lace. This edition brings back some practical styling ideas: roomy shirts for tiny dolls, an updated striped outfit, legwear designed with a particular body in mind, and hairpins so small I would probably need a tray just to keep track of them.
If you collect different doll sizes, there is one distinction worth keeping straight throughout this article: 1/12 and 1/6 are scales, not universal clothing-compatibility promises.

For the smallest wardrobes: a big T-shirt
The 1/12 ビッグシルエットTシャツ~Plain~, or 1/12 Big Silhouette T-Shirt - Plain, is exactly what it sounds like: a simple oversized T-shirt intended for smaller dolls.
Azone's product listing gives the recommended size as 1/12 Pico Neemo. For example, the White edition is PIC496-WHT, and Azone also lists Pink PIC496-PNK and Mint Green PIC496-GRN editions.
The appeal is in the simplicity. It can be a starting point for a relaxed outfit rather than an entire look on its own. I can imagine it styled with a skirt or shorts, but those are styling ideas, not a manufacturer-proven fit test for every item in your doll's wardrobe.
If you have several different Pico Neemo bodies, check the outfit's specific recommended fit and any retailer notices. A relaxed silhouette may be forgiving, but it is not an unlimited compatibility certificate.
The striped outfit for PNXS

Another catalogue highlight is PNXS 星を追う少年setIII, translated here as the Boy Chasing Stars Set III.
Azone describes it as a refreshed version of an earlier popular outfit, with striped styling suited to both boy and girl characters. One official example is ALB255-GSB, in Grey Stripe × Dark Brown, recommended for 1/6 Pure Neemo XS (PN-XS).
This is a 1/6 outfit despite being mentioned near the smaller-scale section in the general manufacturer announcement. The individual AZONET product record is the better source for its actual recommended body size.
That matters if you're browsing only from photographs. A cute striped outfit on a doll roughly one head shorter than yours might be a styling inspiration, not the same clothing size.
Q'z stockings are their own category

The catalogue also presents new Q'z garter-style stockings, including sheer and knit types.
For instance, the official Q'z Sheer Garter Stockings listing includes QZC024-WHW in White × White and recommends the 1/6 AZONE Q'z body. Other colours and the knitted version have their own listings.
The useful point is not that every doll needs a pair. It's that the manufacturer specifies Q'z, and collectors should follow the actual sizing rather than rely on a broad 1/6 label.
The accessories that may disappear into the carpet

Azone also introduced doll-sized heart and star hairpins, each described with three colour variations. These are small accent accessories that the manufacturer says can also be used at 1/12 scale.
A hairpin is a nice way to refresh a character photograph without changing the entire outfit. On the other hand, small parts deserve thoughtful handling and storage. If you have ever placed a tiny accessory on a dark table and promptly lost it, you understand why I would keep a little dish nearby. (・・;)
The product-specific listings and photographs, not this overview, should determine which clips suit a particular head or hairstyle.

Nana's little note ♡
A fancy outfit gets the first photograph. The plain T-shirt sometimes gets worn ten times more often.
I like wardrobe announcements like this because they provide building blocks for collectors who actually enjoy dressing and photographing their dolls, one ribbon and one tiny hairpin at a time.
