Four Dreamy Little Lambs - Meet DIAS Remu and Nemu in All Four Colours

By Nana · Published 11 October 2026

Four little lambs in white, ivory, blue and pink - and a good reason to look twice at a pair of tiny sheep ears.

There is a very small bell, an extremely fluffy pillow, and what appears to be a serious commitment to afternoon naps.

Meet Remu and Nemu, the little sheep girls from DIAS, Azone International's collaboration series with doll creators. Across the original Sleeping Lamby collection and its Wishing Lamby follow-up, there are four editions to discover: Remu in white, Nemu in ivory, Remu in pale blue and Nemu in pale pink.

At first glance, they all wear nightcaps, lace and sheep horns. But beyond their four colour themes, there are differences in their head sculpts, hair and eye colours, body shades and how the little sheep accessories attach.

DIAS begins with two very sleepy friends

Azone introduced DIAS in 2024 as a collaboration project with popular doll creators. Its first releases paired the creative direction of MUGUET with clothing and pattern work by Akai Camera.

The story is beautifully simple. Remu is a gentle, easygoing girl who takes her time. Nemu is known for a softly smiling expression. The two are close friends and love dreaming together in a warm, fluffy bed.

The dolls also have different head sculpts, not just different painted faces. Remu has a slightly more defined eye shape and rounded face, while Nemu has a gentler outer eye shape and fuller cheeks. It's a subtle distinction, but rather important if you're choosing which character speaks to you.

The original Sleeping Lamby release built that story with a nightcap, oversized sheep horns, soft ears, a bell-shaped choker charm, a lacy dress and a little pillow. Their small sheep tails peek from behind the outfit.

There is a strong sense that somebody spent a lot of time designing the world's most elaborate bedtime routine.

Remu, Sleeping Lamby - a dream in white and silver

The original Remu - Sleeping Lamby uses an almost all-white palette, which makes her eyes immediately stand out. Azone calls her long wavy hair Moon Night Silver, inspired by moonlight, and her striking violet eyes Purple Lamby.

Take a closer look at those irises. They include tiny sheep motifs, tucked into the design like a little secret.

Her outfit features white sheep horns and fluffy ears, a lacy nightdress, a choker with a bell, sheep shoes and a pillow that looks ready for a doll-sized nap. Even though the colours are restrained, the different textures keep it interesting.

The first-generation Sleeping Lamby edition uses the Picco Neemo P body in White and a rooted soft-vinyl head with inset eyes. The original product code for this edition is DIA001-MAR.

One collector detail: Azone's original setup attached the ears with transparent elastic, while the later Wishing Lamby release changed how the ears fit. If you're looking up styling demonstrations, make sure you're following instructions for the version you actually have.

Nemu, Sleeping Lamby - ivory lace and starlight blonde

Before the soft-pink Wishing Lamby Nemu appeared, Azone introduced Nemu - Sleeping Lamby alongside the original white Remu. Her ivory and beige outfit looks like a little antique nightdress, and the warm colours give her a noticeably different presence from Remu's moonlit whites.

Nemu has long, softly waved Starlight Blonde hair and Brown Lamby eyes. Just like Remu, her irises include tiny sheep motifs. Her beige sheep horns, fluffy ears, ivory nightcap, bell choker, sheep shoes and lace-trimmed pillow finish the sleepy theme.

I particularly like how the pale gold hair looks against the ivory dress. Where the first Remu feels cool and luminous, the original Nemu is warmer - the kind of doll who belongs beside a tiny bedside lamp and a stack of bedtime stories.

She has her own softly smiling Nemu head sculpt and uses the original Picco Neemo P (White) body. The product code is DIA002-MAN, and Azone's catalogue records the revised Japanese release date as 30 May 2025.

Together, Sleeping Lamby Remu and Nemu are the original white-and-ivory pair. The later Wishing Lamby versions use new pastel colours and a different body shade.

Remu, Wishing Lamby - the colour of a blue breeze

For the second DIAS release, Wishing Lamby, Remu returns in pale blue, with Mist Breeze Blue hair and Sapphire Lamby eyes. Azone describes the colour as feeling like a gentle blue breeze.

The most obvious change is the colour palette: blue and silver instead of the original silvery-white combination. The frilled nightdress has a soft, classical shape, and the horns and ears remain central to her little lamb identity.

The less obvious change is the Milky White body and face colouring. The Wishing Lamby editions were the first Remu and Nemu releases to use that shade, rather than the White used in Sleeping Lamby.

Azone also updated the sheep-ear attachment to a hairpin-style design, intended to make it easier to position the ears. The nightcap gained a hairpin that helps keep it where you want it. Tiny practical improvements, but exactly the kind that matter when you're arranging a miniature hairstyle for photographs.

Nemu, Wishing Lamby - a little pink wish

And then there's Nemu, who looks as though she has been saving up a particularly nice dream.

Nemu - Wishing Lamby wears the rose-coloured counterpart to Remu's blue outfit. Her softly waved hair is called Mist Blossom Pink, with Rubellite Lamby eyes.

The horns are pink-brown, the dress has a gentle antique-inspired feel, and the tiny tail and bell return. She shares Remu's Picco Neemo P (Milky White) body, but uses her own Nemu head sculpt and eye design.

In Azone's Wishing Lamby story, the two little friends curl up together, make a wish, and hope their dreams will come true when a small bell rings. It's sweet without requiring a complicated fantasy universe to understand. Two friends, a shared dream, and several metres of miniature lace. (Perhaps not several metres. It certainly looks like a lot.)

A few things collectors should know

Edition Product code Hair Eyes Body colour

Nemu - Sleeping Lamby (Ivory) DIA002-MAN Starlight Blonde Brown Lamby Picco Neemo P (White)

Nemu - Wishing Lamby (Pale Pink) DIA002-NWL Mist Blossom Pink Rubellite Lamby Picco Neemo P (Milky White)

These are 1/12-scale dolls with rooted soft-vinyl heads and inset eyes. Azone lists 8 mm character-specific original irises using Obitsu-made eye parts.

The Wishing Lamby packages contain the doll, nightcap, sheep-horn headband, sheep ears, choker, one-piece dress, drawers, socks, sheep shoes, pillow and five types of hand parts, including those already fitted. Check the official product descriptions for any edition-specific differences.

MUGUET handled the mask, eye and overall design supervision, while Akai Camera worked on the outfit patterns. The horn headband sculpt is credited to ZAN (Neko no Koban).

One particularly handy reference: Azone published a Wishing Lamby setup guide in July 2026, including help with sheep ears, horns, the nightcap and fringe styling. If you're having trouble positioning accessories, that's a better place to begin than forcing a delicate part.

Nana's little note ♡

This collection is a good reminder that four little lambs can share a theme and still have completely different personalities.

Sleeping Lamby Remu (White) is almost monochrome, with purple eyes carrying the contrast. Sleeping Lamby Nemu (Ivory) feels warmer and a little vintage, thanks to her Starlight Blonde hair and soft brown eyes. Wishing Lamby Remu (Pale Blue) brings a cool, airy feeling, while Wishing Lamby Nemu (Pale Pink) rounds out the group with rosy sweetness.

If I could line up all four for a photograph, I'd put them on little pillows in colour order. Then I'd probably spend far too long trying to get eight tiny sheep horns sitting at matching angles. (They would absolutely refuse to cooperate.)

One final note: the Journal is a collector's reference, not a live inventory board. Product listings and availability can change, so please check Hanabana's Azone doll collection or the Remu Sleeping Lamby product page for the latest details.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I think looking at all these pillows has made me sleepy.
