Uru's Pop'n Soda Maid - Strawberry or Sweet Blue?
Two fizzy colours, one shy fashion lover, and a set of cat ears that refuse to be subtle.
If you're going to design a maid outfit inspired by a soda float, you might as well commit to the concept. Oversized cat ears? Yes. Chiffon frills like whipped cream? Also yes. A little metallic shine on the shoes? Naturally.
These are Mochizuki Uru's (望月 うる) second Luminous＊Street releases, officially named ルミナス＊ストリート／望月 うる～Pop’n SODA MAID～ Strawberry Soda ver． and ルミナス＊ストリート／望月 うる～Pop’n SODA MAID～ Sweet Blue Soda ver．. They're two editions of the same character, with different hair, eyes and outfit colours.
Azone's Luminous＊Street series follows girls and boys dreaming of becoming designers or models. Uru loves cute, pop-style fashion. She looks composed and rather cool at first, but she's actually very shy. That contrast is a good part of her charm, and it plays nicely with both of these eye-catching outfits.
Strawberry Soda - a lemon-yellow fringe and a pink-eyed stare
The Strawberry Soda version is not strawberry-pink from head to toe. Azone chose Lemon Yellow hair with Pink Strawberry eyes, then dressed Uru in pale pink and white.
Her hair partly covers one eye, an asymmetrical style Azone describes as both cool and cute. There's a little character storytelling behind it, too: shy Uru may feel braver about meeting someone's gaze when part of her face is hidden. I rather like a doll whose boldest outfit includes a very relatable attempt to hide.
Collectors who prefer to see both eyes have an official styling tip. Azone suggests gently repositioning the fringe with a water-moistened cotton swab or tweezers, using the longer side section to hold the new parting. Be careful with rooted doll hair and avoid pulling at the fibres.
The pink ensemble has an oversized cat-ear headband, fluffy cream-like ruffles, apron details and a shiny bell choker. Azone also shows a playful cat-paw pose, but that photograph uses the separately sold Pure Neemo Flection small hand parts B (beckoning hands), which are not part of the standard doll set.

Sweet Blue Soda - a cool little soda float
For Sweet Blue Soda, Azone imagines Uru's favourite fizzy cider drink. The hair is Blue Soda, the eyes are Blue Gray, and her jersey maid outfit comes in soft light blue and white.
The cool eye colour gives this version a more self-possessed expression, while the headband and very generous leg covers keep the silhouette wonderfully playful. Under the short jersey-style one-piece is a full chiffon pannier with cream-like frills. A metallic choker and shiny shoes bring a little sparkle back to the pastel palette.
The blue is light enough to look almost icy in Azone's studio photographs. Side by side with Strawberry Soda, it's quite funny how the same character can seem cool and sweet without changing her face sculpt.

Both dolls are 1/6 scale, approximately 21.5 cm tall, and use the Pure Neemo Flection XS girl body in White. Azone specifies a rooted soft-vinyl head with fine-type hair fibres, with the face design credited to Hotaru (ほたる).
The listed set includes the doll, cat-ear headband, choker, one-piece dress, apron, pannier, underwear, over-knee stockings, leg covers and shoes.
The official Azone announcement dates to 15 May 2026, with a Japan-specific made-to-order reservation window of 29 May to 22 June 2026. I can picture Strawberry Uru carefully hiding behind her long bangs while Sweet Blue Uru poses beside an enormous miniature glass of soda. The colour scheme practically builds the display idea for you.
Also, I'm glad Azone kept the bell. A cat-ear maid outfit without a bell would be a suspiciously restrained decision.
