Yuliya's First Lesson in Magic - Navy Blue or Classic Olive?
Two academy uniforms, one gentle wind mage, and a decision about what kind of magic to study next.
Azone's new Iris Collect character Yuliya (ユリヤ) has an interesting dilemma. She comes from a family of wind mages and does very well at her magic academy, but she has also become skilled at healing magic. Should she follow the family tradition, or concentrate on becoming a healer?
For the Poe-Poe × Iris Collect - Cast a spell collaboration, Azone gives her a softly smiling expression and two different school-uniform outfits. The doll artist Poe-Poe designed her face and irises. Both editions share the same Herbal Green eyes and makeup, but their hair and tailoring change how the character comes across.
Navy Blue - the very proper magic-school student
The Navy Blue version has long Shiny Star Gold hair in a ponytail, with curled side strands and spiralling ends that Azone compares to a young lady's ringlets.
Her navy school uniform has a slit in the skirt to make movement easier. The back is decorated with bustle-style ruffles that can be removed, making the silhouette more flexible for display and photography.
Under the bolero is a white satin blouse with a crystal-coloured brooch. A useful dressmaking detail: the jabot, ribbon tie and brooch are integrated with the blouse, rather than being separate accessories to fasten individually. Collectors who have spent twenty minutes trying to tie a miniature ribbon may appreciate this small mercy.

Classic Olive - apricot hair and a little warm breeze
In Classic Olive, Yuliya wears a khaki-toned academy uniform with Apricot Pink wavy hair. The front has an intake-style fringe, and the pastel pink ribbon matches a rose-gold-toned jewel at her collar.
The blouse switches to a natural beige shade, which gives the entire outfit a softer, older-fashioned mood. Azone also explains that the bolero's chest shaping is designed around Yuliya's fictional magic: power gathers at her chest when she casts, so the outfit leaves room for that sensation of concentrated energy.
The official story describes Yuliya's wind magic as a pleasant, warm breeze, not the dramatic sort that sends all the books flying across the classroom. Which is fortunate, because her school uniform looks too tidy for that.

Both editions use 18 mm inset original Yuliya irises, soft-vinyl heads and 7-8 inch wigs. The sets contain the doll, bolero, blouse, skirt, bra, underwear, over-knee socks and boots. These are two separate dolls, not a combined outfit pack.
An official correction matters here: Azone's 27 March 2026 update changed the credited head sculptor from Out of Base to ZAN (Neko no Koban). Nana is following that correction for both editions, rather than repeating the older listing.

I rather like imagining that Navy Yuliya is the one who turns up to class with every assignment in order, while Olive Yuliya has already wandered outside to practise making flowers sway in the breeze.
Since they are the same character, perhaps one just represents her before and after a long afternoon in the academy library.
